Education Calendar

30 January 2019 | General Interest

The VAEAI Koorie Education Calendar has been developed to assist educators and learners alike, to access information about Victorian Koorie cultures, histories, perspectives and events.

Framed around significant dates and occasions throughout the calendar year, the interactive Koorie Education Calendar features the voices, stories and achievements of Victorian Koorie Elders, leaders, authors, playwrights, composers, sportspeople, artists, directors, musicians and many more. A range of related activities and resources is also provided.

Victorian Koories have a rich history and there are many, many, more Koorie voices and stories to be heard. VAEAI will continue to build and update the Koorie Education Calendar, and we invite your feedback and suggestions for inclusion, as the calendar evolves.

Every day of the year is an opportunity to learn about, acknowledge, and celebrate Koorie people and perspectives.
